For over three decades, the International Comic Strip Festival has been the big get-together for everyone involved in comics. Once again this year, Angoulême, capital of the Charente department, will live the rhythm of the 9th Art for four days, during which over one hundred events are on the programme. With shows, exhibitions, meetings with leading authors, films, dedications, etc. there will be a very rich range of events and activities that will delight all publics — young readers, families, collectors and enthusiasts and fans of Manga comics --all in a festive, warm atmosphere. The entire city of Angoulême becomes the biggest comic bookshop in the world from January 24 to 27, when the Festival celebrates its 35th anniversary!
